EDIBLE LACE & SUGAR FLOWERS
In this two day class you’ll learn how to flawlessly decorate a 2 tier cake with a lustre finish, edible glitter squares and handmade sugar flowers. You’ll start by covering two dummy tiers with a sharp edge finish before I show you how to achieve the perfect sheen with lustre. We will then cover a tier in edible glitter squares, followed by covering a cake board and stacking the tiers. The fun really begins when I share my techniques for making a sugar David Austin rose, fantasy anemone, filler flowers& leaves in your chosen colour. We’ll finish this elegant cake design by arranging your handmade sugar flowers in a contemporary spray.
All materials and tools, plus a light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Suitable for beginners with some decorating experience keen to advance their skill.
